Suggested Use

Use 1 heaped teaspoon of blended tea in a tea diffuser, pour boiled water over, and steep for 10–15 minutes. Alternatively, use 2 heaped teaspoons in a plunger with 2 cups of boiled water and steep for 10–15 minutes. The body can only digest at body temperature, so less is more with herbs — just one cup a day may be beneficial. Our 90g bags make approximately 18 cups.
