Free shipping applies to orders over $100.00
NZ Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all NZ orders made before 12pm Mon–Fri on the same day.
Orders placed after 1pm are expected to be dispatched the following working day. As soon as your order has been packed and dispatched we will email you with your parcel’s tracking number so you can track with NZ Post.
We’ll keep you updated about the status of your parcel so you know when it’s with NZ Post and when it’s out for delivery. Thanks for your patience while our team processes and packs your orders for safe delivery.
NZ Rural Delivery Times
For rural addresses in NZ, please allow for an extra 1–2 days for delivery.
Track & Trace: You will receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped.
Returns and Refunds
Due to health and safety requirements, we do not accept returns, except in cases where the package arrived damaged, or the products are expired (although we take extra care to make sure that does not happen).
Guarantee
We offer a full refund or replacement in the following cases:
- If your order is lost in transit
- If your order is not in usable condition
- If we cannot deliver your order for any reason
