Suggested Use
To prepare as a coffee substitute or tea: pour 8 oz. of boiling water over 1 tsp. of chicory root, cover and steep for 3–5 minutes. Strain and serve immediately. Can also be blended with regular ground coffee to enhance its roasted, nutty flavour. Adjust quantity to taste.
