Suggested Use

Dissolve one sachet in 240ml (8 fl oz) of sterile water. Use immediately for a comfortable, buffered nasal rinse. Never use plain tap water — use only sterile water (boiled and cooled, distilled, micro-filtered at 0.2 micron or finer, reverse osmosis filtered, or commercially bottled water). Each neti pot must be used by one person only. Clean your neti pot thoroughly after each use and replace within 3 months of first use.
