Suggested Use

Spray 2–3 squirts directly after showering and rub in — the body is more absorbent when warm. For cramps, restless legs, or pain, spray 2 squirts onto the tops of each foot and rub in with the sole of the other foot before bed, or massage directly into the affected area. Use a good moisturiser afterwards, or wait 30 minutes before washing off any salt residue, to ensure sufficient magnesium has been absorbed into the bloodstream. Tingling will cease once magnesium levels have reached optimal levels in the body.
