Suggested Use

Babies 0–3 months: Spray 1 squirt onto the soles of feet and gently massage in, preferably before bed.

Children 4–6 months: Spray 2 squirts onto the soles of feet and rub in.

Children 7 years and over: Spray 3 squirts onto the soles of feet and rub in.

For growing pains or injury: Spray directly onto the affected area and gently rub in.
