Uncle Lee’s Organic White Tea — one of the most ancient and least processed teas on earth, grown without pesticides using natural fertiliser, USDA certified organic (certified by Ecocert SA), rich in natural antioxidants, low in caffeine, and delicately smooth in every cup. 100 tea bags — 150g.

Why

White tea is the least processed of all teas, made from the youngest leaves and buds of the Camellia sinensis plant, harvested before they fully open. This minimal processing preserves the highest concentration of natural antioxidants — including catechins, polyphenols, and flavonoids — making white tea one of the purest and most antioxidant-rich beverages you can drink. Uncle Lee’s Organic White Tea is grown with careful attention to ecosystem preservation — no pesticides, natural fertiliser only — so every cup is as clean as it is delicious. With a subtle, smooth, and delicate flavour and low caffeine content, it’s the perfect choice for those who want the health benefits of tea without the intensity of green or black varieties. Brewing at 80–85°C (just before boiling) preserves the delicate flavour and antioxidant profile. USDA certified organic, certified by Ecocert SA. Uncle Lee’s — blending Eastern and Western tea traditions naturally for decades.

Suggested Use

Hot tea: Just before water comes to a full boil, pour hot water (80–85°C) over the tea bag and brew for 3–5 minutes. Using slightly cooler water preserves the delicate flavour and antioxidant profile of white tea. Sweeten to taste if desired. Iced tea: Brew double strength using 2 bags per cup of hot water, steep for 5 minutes, then pour over ice.
