A silver medal-winning tamari fusion spritz infused with NZ wasabi, ginger, and horopito — one spritz brings brightness and depth to sushi, noodles, dumplings, and more.
Why
Moon Shadow is Lady Alchemy’s Elixir 11 — a condiment reimagined. Organic tamari soy sauce forms the base, naturally infused in New Zealand’s Bay of Plenty with fresh NZ wasabi root, ginger, and horopito — the native NZ pepper with a distinctive warming bite. The result is a flavour-packed spritz that’s bright, savoury, and complex without being heavy. Just a mist is enough to transform simple bites into something special. The 120ml glass bottle with mist spray pump makes it effortlessly portable — tuck it into your lunchbox, bag, or glove compartment so flavour is always within reach. Awarded a Silver Medal at the NZ Inspire+ Artisan Awards 2025. Gluten free, dairy free, nut free, egg free, preservative free, no added sugar.
