Suggested Use
As a coffee substitute: pour 240ml (8 oz) of boiling water over 1 tsp of chicory root, cover and steep for 3–5 minutes, strain and serve. Sweeten to taste if desired. To blend with coffee: mix chicory root with your regular ground coffee before brewing — start with a 1:4 ratio and adjust to taste.
