Suggested Use
Shake the bottle before use. Spray directly onto the skin and massage gently into soft tissue areas such as the thighs, upper arms, stomach or lower back. Use 2–6 sprays per day for adults, or 2–3 sprays for children. A tingling sensation is common and usually subsides within 5–20 minutes. If needed, dilute 1:1 with water and build up gradually as your body adjusts.
