Suggested Use

Isotonic rinse (gentle, everyday use): Fill the smaller side of the provided measuring spoon with neti salt and dissolve in warm sterile water filled to the top of the neti pot.

Hypertonic rinse (stronger, for congestion relief): Fill the larger side of the provided measuring spoon with neti salt and dissolve in warm sterile water.

Water safety — important: Never use plain tap water for nasal rinsing. Use only sterile water: water boiled for at least 5 minutes and cooled to lukewarm, distilled water, micro-filtered water (0.2 micron or finer), reverse osmosis filtered water, or commercially bottled water.
