Facts

Suggested Use

Fill the neti pot with 240 ml (8 fl oz) of sterile saline solution — dissolve the appropriate amount of neti salt in sterile water, then add a few drops of Neti Wash Plus® if desired. Tilt your head to one side over a sink, insert the spout gently into the upper nostril, and allow the solution to flow through and out the lower nostril. Breathe through your mouth throughout. Repeat on the other side. Blow your nose gently after use.

Water safety — important: Never use plain tap water for nasal rinsing. Use only sterile water: water boiled for at least 5 minutes and cooled to lukewarm, distilled water, micro-filtered water (0.2 micron or finer), reverse osmosis filtered water, or commercially bottled water.
