Suggested Use

Remove the protective cap. With head held upright, insert the spray nozzle into one nostril. Adults: depress the pump completely 2–3 times. Children (5 years and older): depress the pump completely 1 time. Sniff deeply. Repeat up to 3 times daily. Wipe the nozzle clean after each use. Do not share the dispenser.
