Suggested Use

Start slowly to allow your body to adjust. Begin with 10 drops for 3 consecutive days, then increase by 10 drops each day until reaching 2.5ml (40 drops) once or twice daily. Mix into juice or food to mask the strong concentrated mineral flavour — do not take straight. Children age 1–3: 1 drop per 2.3kg of body weight.
