Suggested Use

Start slowly to allow your body to adjust. Begin with 10 drops for 3 consecutive days, then increase by 10 drops each day until reaching 40 drops (½ tsp) once or twice daily. Mix into juice or food to mask the strong concentrated mineral flavour — do not take straight. Children age 1–3: 1 drop per 5 lbs (2.3kg) of body weight. To re-mineralise water: Add 2–4 drops per glass, or 20–40 drops per gallon of distilled, reverse osmosis, or purified water.
